我国蔬菜产业增长途径分析——基于要素贡献的角度

文章通过对我国蔬菜产业的投入要素对产出贡献的分析,认为我国蔬菜产业整体处于规模报酬递减,生产要素边际报酬递减阶段阶段。要保持其持续稳定的增长必须转变增长方式,从外延式的增长方式向内涵方式转变。根据此种战略方向,提出我国蔬菜产业保持增长的具体途径。     

农业产业集群与农村劳动力就业的机理研究

解决“三农”问题关键是如何促进农村剩余劳动力就业,提高农民收入。然而受到2008年美国的金融危机的影响。农村劳动力就业更加困难。目前解决农村劳动力就业问题行之有效的方式是发展农业产业集群。文章深入分析农业产业集群对农村劳动力就业的作用机理,从农业产业集群的角度,提出了解决农村劳动力就业的政策建议。     

广西桑蚕业发展模式探析——基于产业集群化视角

桑蚕业呈现从东部地区向西部地区转移的趋势。广西具备承接该产业的基础,但要成为桑蚕业强省,关键在于不断提升桑蚕产品的质量并在本区域内成功延伸其产业价值链。文章试图从产业集群的视角研究广西桑蚕业的发展,并为该产业的健康持续发展提供对策建议。     

区域金融发展与经济发展关系研究

我国区域经济发展水平差距较大,经济发展与金融发展水平配合存在一定偏差。文章利用动态均衡分析区域金融发展水平与经济发展之间关系,并以上海经济为例分析我国经济较发达地区区域金融发展与经济发展均衡所形成良性的发展通道,有利于促进产业结构调整,转变经济发展方式并实现可持续发展。     

区域特色文化产业集聚发展的制约因素及对策

区域特色文化产业是指在一个区域内外影响较大、与其它区域相比具有独特或比较优势的文化产业。区域特色文化产业集聚对于增强区域文化认同、提升文化竞争力、推动区域创新、加快文化企业自身发展发挥着重要作用。区域特色文化产业集聚发展的制约因素主要包括品牌塑造与维护欠缺、对集聚区管理不到位、文化产品缺乏创新、产业链的完整度及稳定性差及知识产权保护不足等。应当通过重视区域特色文化产业集聚品牌建设、积极进行产品和服务创新、构建完整和相对稳定的特色文化产业链等措施,促进区域特色文化产业集聚又好又快发展。     

The internationalization paradox: Untangling dependence in multinational state hybrids

We investigate the internationalization of firms with ownership links to the state from the perspective of resource dependence theory, and argue that internationalization can reduce dependence on the home country government, but, paradoxically, this strategy also creates additional dependences, shifts the power balance, and provides rationales for increasing government control. Utilizing a ‘critical’ case – Vale from Brazil – we analyze different conditions that enable greater autonomy for and greater government control over multinational state hybrids in the context of internationalization. We contribute to the international business literature by generating a novel framework that considers the effects of market trends (extractive industry) and non-market trends (home country policies) on the internationalization of state hybrids.     

The Influence of Perceived Justice on Recovery Satisfaction in the Airline Industry

This study examines the influence of perceived justice on customer satisfaction with service recovery and on the future behavioral intentions of customers in the airline industry. The study uses an exploratory research design that is quantitative in nature. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and structural equation modeling was used for hypothesis testing. The study revealed that the three dimensions of perceived justice, namely interactional, distributive and procedural justice, influence satisfaction with service recovery in the South African airline industry. However, only interactional and distributive justice had a positive influence on future behavioral intention.     

When do sell-side analysts switch industries they follow?

Between 1984 and 2014 over 3400 sell-side analysts changed the primary industry they followed. This article documents that analysts are more likely to change their industries when their absolute and relative forecasting accuracy in that industry is low and when the accuracy in the new industry is high. Analysts are more likely to switch industries at the beginning of their careers, after a recent change of an employing brokerage house, and if they have a history of switching industries before. Analysts are less likely to make a switch when their forecasting activity in the industry is high, when the industry is followed by many analysts and when they are employed by a top brokerage house.     

“金融加速效应”与行业企业债务融资：一个基于政策冲击的概念框架

关注产业发展和资源配置效率,考察行业企业的债务融资。文献分析显示：特定行业的企业债务选择受行业竞争特征和金融中介特征的影响,且行业的要素特征会影响货币政策的非对称性行业产出。基于“金融加速器”理论,研究将政策冲击、行业特征和企业债务进行整合,形成“基于政策冲击的行业企业债务管理概念框架”。分析表明,该框架可以合理解释债务资金的供给和需求,也为金融加速效应的考察提供了新的指引,即今后研究需要重点关注行业要素、竞争和金融方面的加速因子的具体作用方式,以有效解释行业企业的债务选择。     

城市商业银行贷款集中度对资产质量影响的研究

文章利用我国27个省市的46家城市商业银行2007-2016年度数据,从客户集中度和行业集中度两个维度考察其对资产质量的影响。分析了城市商业银行授信策略的时滞性,比较了东部、中部、西部及东北地区城市商业银行贷款集中现象的差异,探讨了引进境外战略投资者对城市商业银行资产质量的影响。研究结论如下：城市商业银行的贷款集中度对资产质量具有负面影响,其中客户集中度的影响比较显著,行业集中度仅在东部地区存在显著性影响;贷款集中度对银行资产质量的影响存在滞后效应和累积效应;不同地区的城市商业银行其贷款集中度对资产质量的影响程度不一致,西部地区城市商业银行的行业集中度对资产质量具有强烈的负面影响;引进境外战略投资者的城市商业银行风险偏好较激进,贷款集中度对银行资产质量的影响较大。基于上述结论,文章最后提出了一些参考性建议。
